Sales Associate - Customer Service Job Summary:

  • This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be responsible for greeting customers, operating the cash register, making purchase suggestions, and working with our food program.
  • As a Sales Associate - Customer Service, you will work around the store, both inside and out, to maintain high standards of store appearance and provide exceptional customer service.
  • You will interact with many customers daily, working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide fast and friendly service.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Make purchase suggestions to customers based on their needs and preferences.
  • Work with the food program to ensure that customers receive excellent service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out.
  • Contribute to the success of the store by achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • A quick learning pace and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to think creatively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
