- Wrap and Package Meats: Wrap and package prepared meats for sale or use in our kitchen.
- Remove Bones and Cut Poultry: Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts as needed.
- Clean and Prepare Fish and Shellfish: Clean and prepare fish and shellfish for sale or use in our kitchen.
- Cut Fish into Steaks and Fillets: Cut fish into steaks and fillets to meet customer demands.
- Grind Meats and Make Special Sausages: Grind meats and make special sausages as needed.
- Shape, Lace, and Tie Meats: Shape, lace, and tie roasts, other meats, poultry, and seafood as needed.
- Prepare Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, including custom cuts and packaging.
- Work Term and Hours: Work a permanent schedule with 32-40 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours as needed.
