Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatrist to join our team as a General Locum Specialist at Homewood Health Centre Inc.

About the Role:

This is a temporary assignment opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to provide coverage on one of our interdisciplinary teams. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality mental health services to patients
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of nurses and interdisciplinary staff
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the needs of patients
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs

Requirements:

  • Licensed by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC)
  • In good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
  • Flexible start dates
  • 1, 3 and 6 month locums available
  • Could lead to full time positions, if interested
