Job Title: Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Glidex Delivery and Janitorial Services. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and packages to our customers in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver packages and goods
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely delivery of packages
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
  • Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and schedules
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift and handle packages up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
  • Reliability and punctuality
