Job Title: Quality and Performance Improvement Intern

At Raytheon Technologies, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality and Performance Improvement Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects that will help you develop your skills and knowledge in quality and performance improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from manufacturing, quality, and assembly processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a Canadian university.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
