Job Summary: Qualicare Home Care is seeking a compassionate and reliable Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling clients with caregiving services, ensuring compliance with standards of care, and monitoring referral trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively meet the needs of each client by scheduling the client with caregiving services
  • Ensure compliance with standards of care
  • Monitor referral trends and anticipate increases/decreases
  • Respond to client/employee inquiries immediately
  • Ensure all relevant information is received either in written/verbal/electronic format
  • Assist with tracking and validating client-related documentation
  • Assess client satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to incidents/complaints/compliments, documenting completely and relaying information to Care Coordinator immediately

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare field
  • Knowledgeable in all Windows applications
  • Experience with scheduling software is an added benefit
  • Strong customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with direct employee supervision
