Job Title: Truck Dispatcher

INTENSE HAULERS TRUCKING LTD. is seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team. As a Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials from one location to another.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Monitor and manage the movement of goods and materials in real-time to ensure efficient and effective transportation.
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of transportation operations, including driver hours, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or problems that may arise during transportation operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Work Environment:

The Truck Dispatcher will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with frequent communication with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Language:

The primary language of communication will be English.

Work Hours:

The work hours will be 30 to 40 hours per week.
