Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Social Media Coordinator to join our team at CLUB ROMA (ST CATHARINES) INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing social media strategies to engage with our audience and promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement and increase brand awareness
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Assist in the creation of social media content, including writing and designing posts, tweets, and other social media materials
  • Manage and schedule social media content using social media management tools
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains relevant and effective
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite or Sprout Social
