About the Role
This leadership position requires a unique blend of strong operational management skills, excellent member and guest service abilities, and a genuine passion for hospitality and golf culture. You will work closely with the General Manager, Food Services Manager, and Executive Chef to enhance the overall member experience, ensuring seamless execution of events, tournaments, and private functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of clubhouse staff, including servers, bartenders, cleaners, locker room attendants, and maintenance staff.
- Providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure all team members deliver exceptional service.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of club events, member tournaments, and private functions, including managing event logistics, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that events run smoothly and meet members' expectations.
