**Job Description**
The Field Nurse Representative plays a crucial role in our Patient Services team, responsible for coordinating and delivering services related to patient support programs. This position involves interacting with patients, insurance companies, pharmacies, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to introduce therapies and molecules in adult and pediatric settings.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate program activities and interdisciplinary interactions
- Provide injection training and educational materials to patients
- Analyze and validate information provided by patients and healthcare professionals for accuracy and completeness
- Process data entry activities of pertinent information received during the delivery of program services
- Respond to general inquiry calls and provide answers to program-related questions
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
