We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Test Manager to lead and optimize the testing processes for our organization. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of critical projects.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Quality Assurance: Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes to ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless integration and execution of testing activities.
- Manage Offshore Teams: Lead and coordinate efforts with offshore teams to ensure the successful execution of testing activities.
- Identify and Implement Improvements: Continuously assess and refine the testing processes as part of the Test Competency function.
- Report to Leadership: Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Meet Critical Deadlines: Ensure that all testing activities are completed on time and within scope, driving successful project outcomes.
- In-depth Knowledge of the Life and Pensions Industry: A strong understanding of the specific challenges and requirements within the sector.
- Extensive Test Management Experience: Proven experience in leading testing teams and managing large-scale testing projects within the industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, as well as manage and motivate large teams.
- Proven History in Change Management: Experience in delivering change and transformation projects, with a focus on improving processes and outcomes.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive consensus among diverse teams.
