Job Title: Pharmacy Aide

Villa Nova Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Aide to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Pharmacy Aide to assist our pharmacists with various tasks, including maintaining inventory, processing prescriptions, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications and prescriptions
  • Assist pharmacists with dispensing medications and processing prescriptions
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails
  • Assist with ordering and receiving inventory
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on pharmacy procedures and regulations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Work Environment:

The Pharmacy Aide will work in a fast-paced pharmacy environment, interacting with customers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
