About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term strategies to optimize the performance and reliability of our railway fleet and infrastructure. This will involve working closely with our operations team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the lifespan and value of our customer assets.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments and advancements in railway mechanical engineering technology, systems, and practices.
  • Ensure all mechanical operations comply with relevant safety regulations, standards, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, budget control, and regulatory compliance.
