About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Lead, EV Depot Charging, to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our EV charging infrastructure products and services. This includes design and deployment of charging infrastructure, coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners, and ensuring seamless integration of products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive EV charging infrastructure strategy, aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and lead implementation activities, including project tracking and accountability
  • Collaborate with internal Element SMEs, external partners, and clients to ensure optimal product and service performance
  • Liaise with EVSE hardware providers and strategic infrastructure partners to drive innovation and improvement
  • Lead continuous improvement of internal processes related to charging and infrastructure services
  • Interface with clients to identify specific charging use cases and develop recommendations for infrastructure design and deployment
  • Identify and engage strategic partners based on use case, geographic location, and customer requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field (electrical engineering a plus) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years proven work experience in EV Charging Infrastructure, preferably in a technical or consulting/client advisory role
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge related to EV charging hardware, infrastructure, and energy management
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Utility and energy management experience preferred
  • Experience in developing content for publication is preferred
