Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform daily inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
  • Participate in daily toolbox meetings to discuss safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and other relevant topics.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and courteously, as required.
  • Complete maintenance tasks as per the maintenance plan.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy yard environment.

Requirements

  • Experience with rough terrain forklifts, unloading, and loading 50' lengths of pipe.
  • Experience in overhead crane operation is considered an asset.
  • Ability to drive a 1-ton truck and 30' gooseneck trailer is considered an asset.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks accordingly.
