We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our team at CANADA LTD. in Permanent position.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

The Supply Chain Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, arranging for maintenance and repair work, resolving work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Work Problems: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, arrange training for staff, conduct performance reviews, co-ordinate, assign and review work.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and possess initiative, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork.

Education and Experience:

A post-secondary education is required, preferably in business administration or supply chain management. 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
