About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Richards-Wilcox Canada. As a key member of our assembly department, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and driving productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly line workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze production processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a production or supervisory role
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in MS Excel and JD Edwards
