About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our Platform Engineering team at TV2 Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in accelerating our transformation into a cloud-native application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to prioritize deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Work with product owners to define technical requirements and deliverables for each scrum team.
  • Provide feedback during backlog grooming and ensure that technical requirements are well-defined.
  • Develop technical architecture documentation and define technical requirements to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Lead and direct scrum teams to ensure that deliverables are achieved in accordance with architecture and design requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to ensure security and quality are prioritized.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a software architect.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an agile-based software development environment.
  • 5+ years of experience with issue and bug tracking products (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and find solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for architecting technical solutions and developing tactical technical requirements.
  • Ability to instill a culture of high-quality agile processes within the team.
Benefits
  • Opportunity to work onsite in Montreal, Canada up to 3 days a week, collaborating with the team.
  • Normal 37.5 hour work week, Monday to Friday.
