We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at LW RUTHERFORD INC. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Or equivalent experience.
This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to work under pressure are essential. Overtime may be required.
