We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Labourer to join our team at Olymel S.E.C/L.P. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a high level of food safety and handling skills to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Material Transportation: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials as needed.
  • Packaging and Processing: Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, and feed and unload processing machines.
  • Quality Control: Check products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Work Environment

You will be working in a meat processing and packing plant environment, which may involve exposure to odours, cold temperatures, and wet conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, manual dexterity, and ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Transportation: Own transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
