Job Title: Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician

At Royal Mechanical Solutions INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions
  • Assemble and install refrigeration or air conditioning components
  • Coach and instruct apprentices
  • Measure, cut, and connect piping using welding and brazing equipment
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as recharging systems with refrigerant and checking regulators
  • Interpret gas codes and handle, recover, and store refrigerants
  • Repair and replace parts and components for entire refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, or heat pump systems
Requirements:
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Red Seal Certificate
  • Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) Certificate
  • Level four and five apprenticeship training
  • Valid driver's license
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
