Job Title: Recruitment Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our team at Swift Connect INC.

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by preparing and posting job notices, screening applicants, and advising job seekers on employment requirements and terms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Applicant Screening: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
  • Employment Advice: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Review: Review candidate inventories to identify the best fit for the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and schedule meetings.
  • Graduate Recruitment: Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Job Offer Preparation: Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
Requirements:
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
