About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our team at BDO. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, providing expert guidance on implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client engagements, applying the Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology to deliver successful implementations
  • Analyze customer business needs and provide in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas
  • Develop and implement business process improvements, streamlining customer operations to achieve greater ROI
  • Provide training and mentoring to client staff, ensuring they have the skills to perform day-to-day activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive innovation and adoption of digital tools and strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV consulting, including full cycle implementation experience
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant business discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of two or more functional areas of Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV, such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Project Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in audiences
