The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of packaging solutions for products, considering factors such as product requirements, transportation modes, environmental considerations, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and develop packaging solutions for products, considering factors such as product requirements, transportation modes, environmental considerations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging solutions align with product specifications and operational requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation of 3D models, GA, structural drawings, and spool drawings according to customer specifications and in-house guidelines.
  • Develop and implement packaging designs that meet regulatory compliance and industry standards.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in package engineering (compression, refrigeration and gas processing, packaging/manufacturing), including design, development, and project management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of packaging design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience working in a leadership capacity with Project Engineers/Technologist and designers.
