The Role
This is an interim role while we recruit and onboard a full-time Director of Programmatic. As a fractional director, you'll have the opportunity to work in a flexible and remote environment. Your key responsibilities will include strategic leadership, developing and managing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team, and driving business growth through innovative strategies.

Your Expertise
You should have at least 10 years of experience in a paid media management role, either in an agency or an in-house marketing position. You'll need 4+ years of people leadership experience, including experience leading leaders. Certification in digital media planning & buying tools like DV360, CM360, SA360, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta is also required. Additionally, you should be experienced in setting up Search Ads (Google, Microsoft Bing, Yahoo) and demand-side platforms like DV360, Meta Business Manager, and CM360.
