The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and supporting the operation of Fixed Wireless, Satellite, and IP network elements.
  • Managing outages and scheduled maintenance by quickly assessing impact and resolving emergency escalations.
  • Processing network change requests and acting as a liaison between teams.
  • Managing escalated ticket queues and providing daily updates on status.

The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of IT and business processes, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
