About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Sukhi Bath Motors. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and vehicle quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems to manufacturer's specifications.
  • Customer Communication: Discuss work with supervisors and advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
  • Quality Control: Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications and perform scheduled maintenance service.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexible, and reliable.
