About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Account Manager who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers to make effective, data-driven marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual brand and media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals and objectives.
- Manage and deliver against challenging advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and exceed revenue targets.
- Nurture customer relationships, identify and close revenue-driving actions, and develop client portfolios.
- Utilize Amazon's proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized campaign recommendations to meet customer business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction.
- Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data-driven approach.
- Develop campaign strategies and audience targeting recommendations.
- Educate advertisers on performance metrics, category trends, and consumer insights using existing and/or customized insights.
- 4+ years of experience in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Work experience in digital media, including display advertising, campaign optimization, analytics platforms, client management, and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret large data sets to make recommendations to clients or customers and/or internal partners.
- Delivering results through partnerships, ideally working with or for an advertising agency.
- An ability to deal with ambiguity and deliver results in loosely defined situations.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding MS Office skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Display advertising sales/marketing experience.
- Programmatic advertising experience.
- Strong analytical experience.
- Salesforce proficiency.
