About the Role

The Senior Production Lead will be responsible for:

  • Directing a team of production staff to achieve project milestones
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity
  • Maintaining effective communication with project managers, customers, and stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree or trade certificate in a technical field related to ship repair
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale shipbuilding or repair projects
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $122,700 - $147,200, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.
