Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Plan and manage the production of baked goods, including preparing dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train bakery personnel and kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting production standards and adhering to company policies.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all baked goods meet established quality standards and are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
- Sales and Merchandising: Oversee the sales and merchandising of baked goods, including developing displays and promotional materials.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
