Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI datasets and ensure accurate, timely, and reliable data.
- Clean and preprocess data to remove inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and duplicates.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop detailed reports and dashboards to present data insights.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights using statistical methods and techniques.
- Conduct statistical analyses to validate hypotheses and develop predictive models.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist.
- Power BI Desktop for building reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Designing and managing business intelligence, analytics, and data visualization solutions in an Agile setting.
- Python and SQL experience.
- Statistical methods and techniques for data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Developer Associate.
- Microsoft PL-300 certification or equivalent.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex data analysis.
- Data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Azure data platform services: Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory.
- Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform services.
- Experience modeling AI and ML algorithms in R/Python and other technologies.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, statistics, computer science, mathematics, information systems, or a related field.
