Key Responsibilities- Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry
- Ability to provide exceptional, personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
A competitive hourly range of $21.15 to $31.73, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget. We also maintain highly competitive incentive compensation programs, with eligibility varying based on plan terms.
