Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to achieve store objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
- Implement merchandise strategies and visual merchandising standards
- Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment
- Proven track record of leading teams to success
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
