We are seeking a skilled Salon Manager to lead our team of talented hair stylists. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the salon's operations, including managing staff, maintaining high-quality services, and driving business growth.

• Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
• Manage staff performance, providing coaching and guidance to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase profitability, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Hire, train, and develop new talent, ensuring a strong team culture and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and perform administrative tasks as required.

• You must have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by provincial regulations.
• You need to be available to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel.
• You should be comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs.
• You must be able to read, write, and do basic math.
• You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
