About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tailor to join our team at Jassal Tailors & Boutique LTD. As a Master Craftsman, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, made-to-measure garments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Garment Creation: Design, cut, sew, and press materials to create bespoke garments according to customer specifications.
  • Alterations and Repairs: Fit, alter, and repair garments as required to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Pattern Making: Select and modify commercial patterns to fit customers' and clothing manufacturers' specifications and fit.
  • Design and Development: Design patterns to fit measurements and create new designs for our clients.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all garments meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong foundation in sewing and garment construction is essential.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn our processes and techniques.
  • Skills: Proficiency in sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques, excellent attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
