About the Role
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Automotive Repair Technician.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose and repair complex problems with modern vehicles, including domestic and imported cars, trucks, and vans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, steering, and engine components.
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components, such as transmissions, differentials, and driveshafts.
  • Estimate parts and labor costs to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring accuracy and transparency for our customers.
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and belt replacements.
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements, providing exceptional customer service and building trust.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • You will need to maintain your physical fitness, including hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to lift heavy objects.

  • This is a permanent position, offering 40 hours per week, with opportunities for advancement and growth within the company.
  • The successful candidate will have a salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably as an Automotive Repair Technician.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with modern vehicle systems, including electronic and computerized systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
