beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Labor and Employment Law Specialist to provide expert legal advice and guidance on labor and employment law matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and support to the organization on labor and employment law matters, including collective bargaining, labor relations, and employment litigation.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide training and guidance on labor and employment law best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor and employment law and provide recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- JD degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing of the Quebec Bar.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in labor and employment law, including experience in collective bargaining, labor relations, and employment litigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
