About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff members
- Accountable for the financial and operational success of the pharmacy department
- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely
- Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs
- Counsel patients on new and additional medications
- Create awareness and educate customers through public relations
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail environment
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong people management skills and ability to motivate and coach others
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism
