As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for facilitating the management, collection, and analysis of clinical and non-clinical data to identify opportunities for quality improvement, risk management, and service enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the management team to provide expertise and guidance on continuous quality and risk management improvement initiatives.
- Support teams in the use of continuous quality improvement and risk management tools and processes.
- Oversee quality improvement plan activities and develop quarterly and annual quality reports.
- Analyze risk management data to identify patterns and trends in care delivery.
- Assist with organization-wide education and capacity building related to risk management and quality improvement.
- Coordinate consumer input/feedback surveys and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the management team and front-line employees to coordinate the review of adverse incidents.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Planning, Risk Management, Public Administration, or Human Services).
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in leading/facilitating quality improvement initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of quality and risk management principles, client safety, best practices, methods, and techniques.
- Ability to work effectively with staff and community organizations.
- Self-motivated, organized, creative, and able to work independently with good judgment.
