Role Overview:
This Senior Machine Learning Engineer position is ideal for someone who is passionate about building innovative solutions, exposed to new challenges and technologies, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. The role involves working in an agile environment with machine learning engineers, MLOps engineers, and full-stack developers across various projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop advanced machine learning models using traditional machine learning, NLP, and transformer-based models.
2. Create LLMs based solutions to help Clio's clients save time and create efficiencies.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new ML-driven features.
4. Work in an agile environment with machine learning engineers, MLOps engineers, and full-stack developers across various projects.
Requirements:
We require a skilled machine learning expert with hands-on experience in model development, particularly with traditional machine learning, NLP, and transformer-based models. You should have proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and preprocessing for complex unstructured datasets. Experience working with open-source LLM foundation models and APIs for commercial LLMs is also required.
