Job Title: Heavy Haulage Driver

R & R Transport is seeking a skilled Heavy Haulage Driver to join our team. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining our fleet of trucks, ensuring timely delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and Maintain Vehicles: Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance.
  • Transport Goods: Safely transport goods and materials to our customers, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Communicate with Dispatch: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, ensuring timely updates on vehicle location and delivery status.
  • Manage Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: AZ class license, DZ class license, and basic security clearance.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, judgement, and reliability.
