Job Summary:

The Spa Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our spa operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, hire, train and supervise staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Financial Management: Manage the spa's budget, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Barbershop or hairstyling salon/studio, Spa.
  • Tasks: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Fast-paced environment.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Judgement, Organized, Reliability, Team player.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, Durée de l'emploi: Permanent, Langue de travail: Anglais, Heures de travail: 40 hours per week.
