About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at SME PIZZA ONTARIO LTD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash on a regular basis.
  • Sharpen kitchen knives to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit for preparation and cooking.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You must be able to work in a team and maintain a high level of physical fitness to perform the duties of this role.
