- Undergraduate degree with a focus in business, entrepreneurship, innovation, technology, sustainability, or a related area.
- 5+ years of experience in clean technology and innovation, with a strong understanding of the cleantech ecosystem and the unique challenges of scaling a cleantech business.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and lead change within a team environment.
- Effective communication and storytelling skills to interact across all levels of the organization and external sectors with impact and influence.
- Business development experience and strong client relationship management skills.
