Academic Program Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team at Campus Support. This role will be responsible for ensuring the quality of education and compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate educational programs and delivery.
- Organize and coordinate educational program development and implementation.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise academic staff.
- Ensure personnel meet educational quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Complete performance reviews and develop remedial action plans.
- Oversee reporting of marks and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and document self-assessment and curriculum review processes.
- Maintain industry skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in education or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to assess students.
