Engineers and Geoscientists BC is seeking a Professional Conduct Advisor to serve as a Regulatory Discipline Manager. In this role, you will develop and implement discipline resolution strategies that prioritize public safety and protect the integrity of the engineering and geoscience professions.

You will work closely with the discipline team to oversee all files at the discipline stage of the process, provide direction and guidance to direct reports, and manage volunteer panels. Your expertise in administrative law, civil litigation, and regulatory compliance will be essential in ensuring consistent and reasonable discipline outcomes.

To succeed in this position, you will need 5-7 years of experience in a law firm, government, or professional regulatory body, particularly in administrative law or civil litigation. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build working relationships throughout the organization are also essential.
