About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Delzotto Butchershop. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cutting and Preparing Meat: Clean and cut meats to prepare for processing or cutting, ensuring all products meet our high standards.
  • Meat Processing: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, as well as grind meats to meet customer demand.
  • Meat Handling and Storage: Wrap and package prepared meats, and ensure all meat products are stored and handled safely and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers on our meat products.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our retail team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, and a team player.
