About the Role

The Housekeeping Attendant is a vital member of our housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in our hotel. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will work closely with our Room Attendants to ensure that guest rooms are well-stocked, trash and debris are removed, and the overall cleanliness of guest floors and rooms is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Room Attendants in ensuring guest room supplies are well-stocked and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms.
  • Fulfill guest requests and replenish storage areas.
  • Ensure all storage areas have appropriate stocks of linen and amenities.
  • Respond to all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist Room Attendants in stripping dirty linen and running missing items to floors and rooms.
  • Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.

Schedule & Hours

As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.
