We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Rosemont, QC. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing branch operations, including sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of all staff.
- Manage the branch's P&L, budgets, expenses, and inventory management.
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer service.
- Ensure all employees comply with health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience.
- At least 2-3 years' proven sales and supervisory experience.
- A track record of achieving sales targets.
- Recognized as an outstanding communicator, problem-solver, and leader.
- A team player.
- Organized and excellent interpersonal skills.
