About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C# Developer to join our team at CARFAX Canada. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing front-end and back-end applications using C#, JavaScript, and other technologies. Your expertise in software development, problem-solving, and communication will be essential in helping us deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop front-end and back-end applications using C#, JavaScript, and other technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability
  • Develop and implement automated testing and deployment processes
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C# and .NET
  • Proven expertise in software design patterns, architecture, and development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
  • Strong understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL
